Will you be listing my house on the MLS or actually buying it?

~ We are not agents so we won’t be listing your house before we buy it. We are real estate investors: We buy houses in Port Charlotte  that meet our purchasing criteria. Once we purchase your house, we repair the house and then resell it to another homeowner or keep it as a rental ourselves.

Do you pay fair prices for properties?

~Many of the houses we purchase are below retail market value because we have to remodel the home to bring it to current market value. We are looking to get a fair discount on a property. However, in our experience, many sellers are just expecting a fair offer for the condition the home is in and appreciate that we can offer cash, we close very quickly (no waiting for financing), and no time or effort or expense is required on your part of fix up the property or pay agent fees. How do you determine the price to offer on my house?
