We buy most of our material wholesale and not from the big box construction stores.
We owned a large restoration company for over 20 years. So we are very experienced in fire, mold, water, hoarder’s, hurricane damaged, etc. So no mater how much damaged the home has we can handle it. So when we say we buy houses AS-IS we mean AS-IS!

How many deals are you looking to buy?
Our current goal is to do 25-30 deals a year in each market.
